1986 Porsche 959

I fell in love with Porsche when I saw a 959 on display at the New York Auto Show back in the 80's.  Recently BreitWerks took a trip to Brumos to see their amazing display of Porsche racing history.  Yes, there was a tremendous amount of cool stuff but for me, getting to crawl all over the 959 was the highlight of the trip!  It definitely reminded my why I love my 996TT so much.  It took Porsche 15 years but you can see the similarities of the 959 and 996TT everywhere you look.  From the front mounted radiators and bumper louvers to the all wheel drive system, to the mounting location of the twin intercoolers and the air exit louvers in the rear bumper.  Pictures are worth 1,000 words so I'm including a video below for your enjoyment.
